Relia Inc. Selected as DX-Certified Operator by METI

On April 1, 2022, Relia, Inc. (hereinafter, "Relia," "we, " "our") (headquartered in Shibuya Ward, Tokyo under Takashi Amino, President and CEO) was selected as a DX-Certified Operator under the DX Certification scheme established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).

■ DX-Certified Operators
The DX Certification scheme was launched by METI and the Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan (IPA) based on the Act Partially Amending the Act on Facilitation of Information Processing. Under the scheme, the Japanese government certifies DX-ready business operators, namely enterprises that have made preparations for digital transformation (DX), such as formulating a vision in response to basic provisions of the Digital Governance Code and establishing strategies and structures.

■ Key points of acquiring certification
Since it was first founded in 1987, Relia has strived to enhance the customer experience (CX) by using the latest information technologies to evolve the BPO services it provides.

Positioning the promotion of DX as a specific measure for the creation of CX and EX (employee experience) and the strengthening of our business foundation, two key themes in our Mid-term Management Plan 2023, which began in April 2021, we set the acquisition of DX certification as one of the Plan's non-financial goals. In October 2021, we announced the Relia DX Strategy as our detailed policy for accelerating DX in our organization, and we have been promoting DX in the three areas of services, operations, and corporate under that strategy. In April 2022, we announced our CX Grand Design, which sets out our vision for contact centers and methods for achieving that vision. Based on the CX Grand Design, by combining the kind of support that only humans can offer with digital technologies, we have been striving to offer comfortable CX that is suited to the needs of the customer.
